Order Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. For fastest assistance, email us at contact@komfyusa.com.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns for standard orders. However, if an item is damaged or defective, we will happily arrange a replacement.
Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item along with your Order Number within 48 hours of delivery when reporting the issue.
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.
Refunds
Refunds are available in the following situations:
Packages lost during shipping or not delivered to their final destination.
Damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced due to unavailable stock.
Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the refund status after completing the investigation. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order after placing it and receiving the order confirmation email.
To request a cancellation, email contact@komfyusa.com. within 24 hours of placing the order.
Our Customer Service team will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 3 business days.
Requests made after 24 hours from order placement cannot be accepted.
